marrakesh-desert-tour.com is operated by Deep South Travel LLC, We are a fully authorized and reliable tour operator company, and specialized in providing Day trips from Marrakech and Morocco Desert tours, travel services and tailor made vacations in Morocco.
To booking a tour with us, you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you. You Agree:
We offer special discounts on all children's bookings, and you can get this discount according to the age of the child who sharing the room with one of our parents, and we also offer 50% discount for children under 10 years old.
Once you have agreed on the quoted itinerary and invoice, the details of itinerary will be available for you and Your booking will be confirmed after we receive the initial 50 % deposit of your invoice. you can pay by Visa, Master Card, PayPal and bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash (Dirhams, Euros or Pounds) according to the daily rates on the day of your trip.
You can change your booking date provided contact us as soon as possible and confirm with us your request in writing. We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges, but we cannot guarantee it. If changes are not possible to be made to your booking for whatever reason, you have the option to make your originally booked trip on time, or cancel and pay the cancellation charges.
To cancel your trip, please inform us in writing as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days we have received your written cancellation notice prior to start of your trip. If you cancel:
We are entitled to cancel your tour in emergencies such as (natural catastrophes, terrorism, riots, war, fires, bad climate conditions and others) and we will refund what you have paid us. We do not provide additional compensation.
If you have any special requirements that are important to your reservation (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others), you must be provided to us before you book in writing. If there are special requirements we are unable to meet, we will advise you in writing prior to booking your trip. Please let us know of any preferences that you may have while making the reservation (hotels locations, bed configurations, etc.) and we will make all possible at tempts to provide your preferences. No compensation will be paid if we are unable to respond to such requirements.
We do not provide any insurance. It is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. but you are strongly recommended to have suitable travel insurance in case of cancellation, illness, baggage loss, delays and so other.
We take responsibility if any part of your travel arrangements does not match what is described in your reservation. We will pay reasonable compensation (limited to the maximum amount paid to us for that portion of the travel arrangements). Please note that we are not responsible for personal injury, illness, injury, death or loss incurred during your trip.
You are responsible for ensuring the possession of valid required travel documents. Please review your travel documentation carefully and advise us immediately of any errors in names, dates or timings. Your passport must be valid for 6 months prior entering the country. you should print out and retain your travel documents as provided to you by the website. and you must ensure that all the required documents of travel are valid before the departure date of your trips the responsibility of the tour participant.
We appreciate your concerns and interest about the privacy of your data. Therefore, we are responsible for securing your booking information, and we will use your private information to make reservations with hotels and any other third party vendors. We will share your travel special requests with vendor partners in order to make your trip safe and enjoyable.
If you have any complaints about the Site, services, or information, please contact your driver/hotel/guide in order to solve your problem as soon as possible, If the complaint cannot be resolved, you are strongly recommended to send formal written notice and in order to provide us with the complaint details at email@example.com
