Day 1 Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley
On the first day, the driver will pick you up from your Riad / Hotel at 8:00 AM by 4x4 or minivan to start your 4 Day Luxury Desert Trip from Marrakech. You’ll pass through the Tizi- N-Tichka pass (2260m) in the High Atlas Mountains to go to Ouarzazate where you will enjoy beautiful landscapes and different Berber villages along the way. At your arrival, you will visit the old “Taourirt Kasbah” and have lunch there. After that, you will continue south east to the green Dades valley and the city of roses via the gorgeous Skoura palmery, where you will enjoy dinner and spend your first night in hotel.
Day 2 Dades - Todra Gorges - Merzouga Dunes (Erg Chebbi)
After breakfast, you’ll take the road to Tineghir then go to Todra Gorges so as to enjoy its splendid views of Canyons, take a short walk around the Palm Plantations and admire the wonderful scenery of Todra River. Afterwards, you’ll head toward Tinjedad for a healthy lunch meal on a local restaurant. Later on, you’ll pass by various villages such us Touroug (Berber village) and El-Jarf to reach Erfoud where you will explore a local fossil craft workshop. You will continue to the fascinating dunes of Erg Chebbi that are called also Merzouga Dunes where you’ll leave your luggage ( If you want) in hotel and get ready for a camel trek for an hour and half to get to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay in a bivouac in SAHARA desert.
Day 3 Merzouga - Tazarine - Agdz - Ouarzazate
In the morning, before having breakfast in the camp, you will wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Then, you’ll return back by camels to the hotel at the dune line for a quick shower. The journey will continue to Rissani which is a small Saharan town in southeast of Morocco, where you’ll stop to explore another fossil workshop. Thereafter, you’ll pass by Agdez and Draa valley junction to head north to Ouarzazate through the fabulous Atlas Mountains. You’ll Have Dinner and spend the night in Ouarzazate.
Day 4 Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech
On the four day of the tour, after breakfast, you’ll get the chance to visit the cinema sets and studios which is located in Ouarzazate, known as Hollywood of Africa. You’ll go also to the universal Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah as it has been named by UNESCO in 1987; it has been used as a backdrop for more than 20 films including “Gladiator” “Indiana Jones” and “Lawrence of Arabia”. After exploring the distinctive Moroccan style of Kasbahs’ architecture, you’ll continue your way to Marrakesh through the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi n’Tichka pass. You’ll take a break for lunch in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. Finally, our driver will Drop you off at your Marrakech Riad/Hotel to conclude your 4 days luxury tour.
